AIPL has always responded to the significance of Corporate Social Responsibility and our underlying duty as an organization towards the larger communities that we operate in.  Be it taking humble initiatives with CRY and working at the grass-root level with marginalized children, their families and communities or associating ourselves with Nirmal Ashram and supporting them in their mission of serving people irrespective of their cast or creed. Other AIPL initiatives include supporting the Diya Foundation in achieving their objectives in propagating welfare of the under privileged in the society with special emphasis on the welfare of slum children, handicapped, old and infirm, and destitute. Furthermore, all buildings constructed by AIPL are eco friendly and are maintained by urban beautification, waste management and pollution reduction. AIPL staunchly believes in using the resources that are available to us as an instrument of social development and change.

In order to continue our humble initiatives to bring about social change, AIPL founded its philanthropic arm, Pursuit.

Pursuit:

• The philanthropic arm of AIPL came into existence in December of 2007. Its objective is to advocate, emphasize, finance and support grass root initiatives targeted at providing for universal education, medical care, and economic, social and political empowerment for underprivileged children. 
• Endeavors to implement various projects and initiatives in the chosen areas of education and health.
• Will be proactive in providing medical facilities and education for children in rural areas. 
• Provides assistance and resources to the underprivileged children in our society thereby improving, inspiring, and guiding their lives. 
• Through it's initiation, AIPL wants to do the utmost to galvanize the conscience of every member of the AIPL family, our clients, associates and communities, thus incorporating the virtues of altruism, gratefulness, kindness and making them central to our lives.
